About Ember & Flow
Touch that hears what words can’t say
Massage has always been about more than just the muscles.
Every body tells a story. Sometimes that story shows up as chronic neck pain, a frozen shoulder, headaches, stress that never seems to leave, or movement that just doesn't feel the way it used to. My job isn't to force your body to change—it's to listen carefully enough that your body can show us where healing wants to happen.
That's the heart of Ember & Flow.
I created this practice to offer therapeutic massage that blends nearly two decades of continuing education with something equally important: presence. Every session is guided by careful observation, intuition developed through thousands of hours of hands-on work, and genuine curiosity about what your body is communicating.
Whether you're seeking relief from chronic pain, recovering after an injury, dealing with stress, or simply wanting to feel more at home in your body, every massage is tailored specifically to you. No two sessions are ever exactly alike because no two bodies are alike.
I proudly serve clients throughout South Denver and surrounding communities.
What You Can Expect
When you work with me, you can expect:
Individualized therapeutic massage
Thoughtful attention to your goals
A calm, welcoming environment
An approach that respects your body's own intelligence
A session that evolves as your body communicates what it needs
I don't believe healing can be rushed; more that it can be supported.
My role is to create that support. An environment where your body can soften, reorganize, and remember what it already knows how to do.
That's where Ember & Flow begins.
