About Ember & Flow: Therapeutic Massage in South Denver

Massage has always been about more than just the muscles.

Every body tells a story. Sometimes that story shows up as chronic neck pain, a frozen shoulder, headaches, stress that never seems to leave, or movement that just doesn't feel the way it used to. My job isn't to force your body to change—it's to listen carefully enough that your body can show us where healing wants to happen.

That's the heart of Ember & Flow Bodywork.

I created this practice to offer therapeutic massage that blends nearly two decades of continuing education with something equally important: presence. Every session is guided by careful observation, intuition developed through thousands of hours of hands-on work, and genuine curiosity about what your body is communicating.

Whether you're seeking relief from chronic pain, recovering after an injury, dealing with stress, or simply wanting to feel more at home in your body, every massage is tailored specifically to you. No two sessions are ever exactly alike because no two bodies are alike.

Located on South Broadway, I proudly serve clients throughout South Denver and surrounding communities.

What You Can Expect From Your Therapeutic Massage

When you work with me, you can expect:

  • Individualized therapeutic massage

  • Thoughtful attention to your goals

  • A calm, welcoming environment

  • An approach that respects your body's own intelligence

  • A session that evolves as your body communicates what it needs

I don't believe healing can be rushed. I believe that it can be supported.

My role is to create that support. An environment where your body can soften, reorganize, and remember what it already knows how to do.

That's where Ember & Flow begins.

An inviting waiting room with a reception desk, a mountain and night sky mural, and framed spiritual / nature artwork. There's a white reception desk, chairs and a water cooler.

From The Embers: The Story Behind Ember & Flow

I’m sure those of you who have already worked with either myself or Aspen are asking “Why The Re-Brand?”

True to the year of the snake, 2025 brought lots of shedding and self growth, and that was followed by the 2026 year of the horse, which represents action, and forward movement.

For me, what that looked like was a fresh start of a new chapter in my life, exploring a deeper relationship with my true self. I am always growing, and learning how to be the best version of myself. Ember & Flow’s rebrand was brought on by this journey of rediscovery and expression.

Aspen and I are still happily sharing an office in the South Denver studio you’ve come to love. You’ll likely see her around when you come in for session! Separating our businesses was simply the what made sense for us; an opportunity to step into an authentic brand true to our selves.

FAQs

What makes Ember & Flow different?

With two decades of bodywork experience, and continuing education in many modalities, every massage is customized in real time based on what your body communicates throughout the session rather than following a predetermined routine.

What conditions can therapeutic massage help with?

I frequently support clients with chronic pain, headaches, neck and shoulder tension, painful or restricted range of movement, stress, nervous system overload, injury recovery, and post-surgical dysfunction once massage is appropriate.

Who is therapeutic massage for?

Whether you're an athlete, an office worker, an active retiree, or simply someone who wants to move and feel better, therapeutic massage can support both recovery and overall wellbeing.

Yes. For an additional travel fee of $30, you can receive your sessions in your own home.
